Q: What comes with a VIP ticket

A: VIP ticket holders have access to the VIP tent, VIP bar service, VIP bathroom (actual bathroom on a trailer, not just a porta-john, access to VIP seating in front of the stage and VIP complimentary food.

Q: Can I bring a registered service dog?

A: Yes

Q: Can I leave the festival grounds and return?

A: This is not allowed.

Q: Can we bring pop up tents or umbrellas?

A: Due to liability issues, these items are prohibited.

Q: Will food and beverages be available for purchase for general admission ticket holders?

A: Yes, come thirsty and hungry!

A: VIP has VIP Seating, a VIP Tent, Upgraded Bathroom, Complimentary Food

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: The event will still take place unless the weather becomes unsafe. Tickets are not refundable.

Q: Are kids welcome?

A: We encourage everyone to make this a family event and kids are more than welcome! Kids under 10 years old receive free general admission. To access VIP amenities, you must have a ticket regardless of age.

Q: Can we leave the festival grounds and return?

A: Re-entry is not permitted for this event.

 

Q: Do I need to bring a chair if I purchased a VIP ticket?

A: No. A chair will be provided for you in the concert area. The VIP tent will feature high top cocktail tables, but not chairs.

FESTIVAL RULES & REGULATIONS​

• All tickets are non-refundable.

• No re-entry

• While all acts are confirmed, line up and start times are subject to change.

• No pets, high-back chairs, umbrellas, instruments or pop-up tents, fireworks, drones, food or glass bottles allowed.

• No smoking allowed in seating area.

• General Admission attendees must bring their own chairs and are responsible for own seating in the general admission section.

• No soliciting except approved vendors.

• No audio or video recording permitted.

• Cars must be parked in designated areas.

• No bicycle riding, wagons or golf carts in concert area unless approved by festival management.

• Parents/Guardians must be responsible for children at all times. You will be asked to leave the festival if children are not being attended to.

• Highway 23 Music Production's Sunrise Side Music Festival & Lost Lake Woods Club are NOT responsible for any accidents.

Minors attending the event must be accompanied and supervised by an adult who will be responsible for them, to a limit of 4 minors per adult.

 

Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against the ticket issuer, event sponsor or owner of the facility. Ticket holder consents to reasonable examination and searches to ensure compliance with laws and facility rules. Admission subject to compliance with laws and facility rules. Failure to comply may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or expel any person whose conduct is deemed to be objectionable. Expulsion cancels this ticket and all claims including claim to refund.

 

Please be aware that by attending Highway 23 Music Production's Sunrise Side Music Festival, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films, photography, and tapes for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Highway 23 Music Production's Sunrise Side Music Festival, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature.
